This design began as a series of handcarved linocut blockprints featuring hydrangea flowers and foliage; these prints were digitally collaged to produce a colorful all-over pattern.
This towel is a generous 27x27" square to maximize its usefulness:
- Use it in the kitchen to dry hands or dishes, or to cover you bread dough as it rises
- Use it as a furoshiki: wrap a bottle of wine or a small box to give as a housewarming or holiday present, or use it to carry a picnic lunch to your local park
- Wrap it around your neck as a bandana
- Hang it on your wall to lend your room a pop of color
